FAQ and troubleshooting
Why won’t my two Fighters match each other?
Section titled “Why won’t my two Fighters match each other?”Fighters owned by the same account cannot battle each other. Creating more
Fighters under one Game Wallet does not create eligible opponents. Use a second
account with a different owner address.
Can I choose an opponent in the Arena?
Section titled “Can I choose an opponent in the Arena?”No. Find Battle is public matchmaking and never accepts an opponent. To fight a
specific player, create a private Room with two maximum players, join one
registered Fighter from each of two different accounts, then have the host select
Start Match.
Why is my Fighter under Unregistered?
Section titled “Why is my Fighter under Unregistered?”Creation and Arena registration are separate. Select Register, then Confirm?.
If no slot is available, use Slot Expansion. Every account has one free Arena
registration slot.
Why can’t I create another Fighter?
Section titled “Why can’t I create another Fighter?”Each account can hold three Fighters by default. Every slot purchased in the
Arena raises this limit by one. If you reach the limit, open the Arena, select
Slot Expansion, buy a slot, then try creating the Fighter again.
Why can’t I unregister a Fighter?
Section titled “Why can’t I unregister a Fighter?”The Fighter may have active matchmaking, Auto Battle, a joined Room, or an unclaimed Room payout. Finish or cancel the active request. Rooms cannot be left after joining; wait for the Room to finish and claim any prize or refund first.
Why is Find Battle or Auto Battle disabled?
Section titled “Why is Find Battle or Auto Battle disabled?”Confirm that the Fighter is registered, game configuration and balances have loaded, no other battle result is still active, and no wallet operation is in progress. The hint beside the disabled control identifies the current blocker.
How do I withdraw my in-game balance?
Section titled “How do I withdraw my in-game balance?”There is no separate Claim button. Use Send USDC: when the amount exceeds the
USDC held directly by the wallet, the withdrawable game balance is automatically
withdrawn first and the transfer then runs. Funds shown as Locked are still
assigned to matchmaking, Auto Battle, or a Room and cannot be sent.
What does insufficient funds or insufficient gas mean?
Section titled “What does insufficient funds or insufficient gas mean?”- Insufficient USDC: fund the
Game Wallet; the action will automatically deposit the required shortfall when retried. - Insufficient gas: the wallet sending a direct transaction needs native Base ETH on Base.
Why is my balance split into In Glyph Wallet and Locked?
Section titled “Why is my balance split into In Glyph Wallet and Locked?”In Glyph Wallet is everything you can send right now — direct wallet USDC plus
the withdrawable part of the game deposit. Locked funds back active play. Paid
actions move only the needed shortfall into the deposit automatically.
What happens if the AI judge cannot decide?
Section titled “What happens if the AI judge cannot decide?”The battle is shown as unsettled, no win or loss is awarded, and the stake is
refunded. A settled result shows an AI Verdict in the result panel and History.
Why is my Fighter missing from the Leaderboard?
Section titled “Why is my Fighter missing from the Leaderboard?”The Leaderboard follows the current season’s eligibility and server ranking. A
new or ineligible Fighter remains unranked. Win settled battles to enter; beating
higher-Score opponents produces larger Score gains.
Why can’t I find a private Room in the public list?
Section titled “Why can’t I find a private Room in the public list?”Private Rooms are intentionally hidden. Open the invite link or look under
Your Rooms after signing in. Public Rooms appear in the shared list.
Why does the app say another transaction is in progress?
Section titled “Why does the app say another transaction is in progress?”Glyph serializes wallet operations per signer. Wait for the current signature, transaction receipt, or synchronization step to finish before starting another action. Repeated clicks do not create parallel transactions.
